Login Assistance

If you cannot log in to Kuali or if you can log in but do not see your plan(s), reach out to oem@gatech.edu. We can reset passwords and assign plans to individual users.

Access Privileges

Manage access privileges under Plan Detailsà Manage Plan Access. To add a user to your plan, first search for the user. If the name does not populate, select the blue plus sign and add user information.

Once the user is added, assign the user a privilege. Options are:

  • Plan Manager – editing and access privileges
  • Plan Editor – editing only access; no access privileges
  • Plan Viewer – viewing only privileges; cannot make any edits

Plan Status

To update plan status, Plan Details >>> Update Plan Status >>> Update Plan Status

Plan Statuses:

  • Due for Review – plan needs to be updated
  • Overview for Review – plan is overdue for updates
  • In Progress – plan is currently being updated by unit
  • Complete – plan is updated and ready for review
  • In Review – plan is being reviewed by OEM
  • Current – plan has been reviewed and approved

As you begin working on your plan, change the status to In Progress. Once you are ready for your plan to be reviewed by OEM, change the status to Complete. OEM will acknowledge that your plan is under review by changing the status to In Review. Approval will be notated as a plan status change to Current.

Crosswalk

To find the crosswalk, Plan Details >>> Department Documents >>> [Department Name] Crosswalk 2022

If you added Plan Manager Notes to your crosswalk, please reupload the crosswalk in your documents section. To upload the crosswalk, Key Resources >>> Documents >>> Add Document

General Information

  • Focus this planning effort on all different types of the interruptions, not just pandemic interruption.
  • Make sure you address all fields. Check to make sure you have completed all subsections within the plan.
  • If a field does not apply, please indicate so (N/A).
  • If you have a long contact list, you can upload those contacts rather than added each to the app individually.
  • The Information Technology section should be completed by your unit’s IT lead.
  • Faculty Preparedness should be considered Unit Preparedness. This should be framed around general preparedness actions for a unit regardless of employee type.
  • If there are nuances that cannot be conveyed in Kuali, please add those to the crosswalk under the Plan Manager Notes column.
  • The data that you add to your plan will be incorporated into the Institute’s plan, so please ensure you are applying the appropriate effort to this project.
  • Please submit your plan for review by June 1, 2022.
